After each annual election, the next regular board meeting in July is replaced by an Annual Planning Meeting. At this meeting, the newly seated Board of Directors selects and elects the Executive Committee. All members are invited to attend, network, and participate. After the election of the Executive Committee, the group determines resources available, goals of the incoming President for the fiscal year, and which Committees will be a priority. Those Committees then have Chairs nominated and elected as well. The three non-voting positions on the board are also discussed and approved.
